Having gone to the trouble of writing a Will and Power of Attorney, it makes sense to ensure these important documents are stored safely and securely.
Working with our trusted partner, Store Safe (part of The Will Company), we offer our clients independent, secure and confidential document storage to keep these legally binding documents safe and sound and easily accessible to your Executors and Attorneys at the appropriate time. Store Safe provide you with a unique document reference number which ensures security at all times.
It’s all too easy to misplace, damage or inadvertently destroy your Will, especially if you are moving house, or storing it yourself over a long period of time. Not only that, it is important that the original version of these legally binding documents are stored safely and are easily accessible as scans and photocopies are not considered legally valid as they don’t have your original signature on them.
If you need to update your Will or Power of Attorney, you can do so at any time, and Store Safe will arrange for the documents to be sent back, updated and then stored safely again.

It is surprising how often valuable documents, such as Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Will Trusts go missing when the Testator (the person that wrote the will) dies.
